I this this is partially "right," but there needs to be another

I write a first draft. I have a paragraph in there that sucks, or is

In my final version, I remove that paragraph. I want your comments to
be able to transclude the old paragraph, because that's still relevant
and it's part of the document's history, but I also want it clear that
the transcluded content is no longer part of the document. (05)
It gets hairier when the paragraph changes (not just removed). I
